4. Account and Login Credentials
When you enroll in a CorePrep course, you will create an account on our learning platform. You agree that:
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with any other individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You will not transfer, sell, or provide access to your account to any other person.
You will notify CorePrep Solutions immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Course Access and Enrollment
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to your purchased course for the access period specified at the time of purchase. For current enrollments, access is provided for twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. This access period is subject to change for future enrollments and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. CorePrep Solutions reserves the right to modify course content, update materials, or discontinue a course with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
6. No Guarantee of Exam Results
CorePrep courses are designed to support your preparation for licensing and certification exams. However, CorePrep Solutions does not guarantee that completion of any course will result in passing any licensing or certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many individual factors, including prior knowledge, study habits, and exam conditions.
7. Examination and Regulatory Changes
Licensing and certification examinations may change at any time. CorePrep Solutions makes reasonable efforts to keep course content current but does not guarantee that course materials will reflect every change made by a licensing board, testing organization, regulatory agency, or credentialing body. Students are encouraged to verify current exam requirements directly with the applicable licensing or credentialing organization prior to their examination date.
