All Sales Are Final
Because CorePrep courses provide immediate access to proprietary digital content — including videos, narrated lessons, practice examinations, downloadable study guides, and course materials — all sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Course Access and Review Before Purchase

No Refunds Based on Examination Outcomes
CorePrep Solutions does not guarantee examination results. Refunds will not be issued based on examination performance, failure to pass an examination, changes to examination content, examination scheduling issues, eligibility determinations, or actions taken by any licensing, certification, or regulatory organization. Students are encouraged to verify current exam requirements directly with the applicable licensing or credentialing organization prior to enrollment.

Technical issues will be addressed promptly by our support team. CorePrep Solutions will make reasonable efforts to restore access and resolve technical problems as quickly as possible.
Unauthorized Purchase or Duplicate Charges
In the rare case of a duplicate charge or unauthorized purchase, please email us within 5 business days of the transaction at support@coreprepsolutions.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly. Refunds for confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges will be processed promptly.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact CorePrep Solutions directly at support@coreprepsolutions.com regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in suspension or termination of course access while the dispute is under investigation.
Course Updates and Revisions
Enrolled students will receive access to any course updates made within their access period at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued based on updates, revisions, or changes made to course content after enrollment.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
