About CorePrep Solutions
CorePrep Solutions was created to address a gap that many healthcare and human services professionals know firsthand — the lack of focused, structured preparation resources for specialized licensing and certification exams.
Most exam prep platforms are built for broad audiences and general subject areas. CorePrep is built differently. Every course is developed around one specific exam, with structured lessons, practical study tools, and clear guidance designed to help working professionals prepare more efficiently.
The focus is always the same: give professionals a clear, manageable path to exam day — without unnecessary content, overwhelming study systems, or wasted time.
CorePrep is built for professionals who are serious about advancing their careers and want preparation resources that are focused, practical, and built for real life.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Built by Someone Who Understands the Process
Caroline O’Reardon is a registered nurse and Johns Hopkins-trained public health professional with direct experience in healthcare and human services.
CorePrep was founded on a simple but important understanding — that preparing for a high-stakes licensing or certification exam while balancing a demanding career and a full life is genuinely hard. Not because professionals lack ability or commitment, but because the right resources are often hard to find.
That firsthand experience shapes everything about how CorePrep is built — from the way content is organized, to the pace at which lessons are structured, to the specific credentials chosen for development.
Every course reflects a genuine understanding of what working professionals need: clarity, structure, and a preparation experience that respects their time and supports their goals.
Whether you are pursuing your first credential or your next one, CorePrep is here to help you move forward in a focused, practical, and manageable way.
